The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of hot and cold food and the areas were spotlessly clean. The lady looking after the breakfast area was cleaning around constantly - excellent area. On leaving for a very long drive, as we checked out the receptionist gave us bottled water, very thoughtful!

breakfast was wonderful! the staff was also so friendly. i had a question during my stay and one of the ladies at the front desk was so pleasant and gave me an answer with respect and kindness.

Breakfast offerings were both hot buffet and cold items. They thought of everything, right down to Tobacco sauce for those so inclined. Pool was empty at the time, so my girls enjoyed a private swim. There is a fountain with a 12" depth for littles, which is a nice touch. Pleasant view with tree foliage out window. Room was clean and functional and spacious. Quite pleased. Recommending to others.

Loved everything about it but most of all, the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone were super friendly, super nice, and very accommodating. Made us feel welcomed and appreciated. I would definitely recommend the Albertville Country Inn & Suites, and would definitely come back to stay there again.

This is a well maintained property both inside and out, very clean with easy access to parking and it has an elevator to access the rooms on the upper floors. Close to the highway yet located off-street for quiet comfort.

Friendliness of the staff and cleanliness. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It's a huge perk with a hotel stay.

The staff is very friendly and inviting, always smiling, and addressing you when you come through the front door, whether it be the first time for the day or the fourth time for the day. The breakfast is a nice display with a little bit of everything to choose from.
